2 litre automatic?

Hi, I've got a 51 plate 2litre which I love but due to ill health I'm going to need an automatic.

Does anybody know if there's a 2l auto? I'm looking for something newer and have been unable to find one, I was starting to think they didn't exist but was told by a salesman today that they do, was he right?

I've been considering a 207cc or a 308cc but I don't like them as much as my 206.....

I've never heard of a 2 litre automatic in the whole of the 206 range.

As far as I know the only engines that were obtainable with the autobox option were the 1.6 (and the 1.4 in the hatchback). So if you are adamant that you want an automatic 206cc you'll need to find a 1.6. There are 31 of them listed on Autotrader at present.

If it was me, and it HAD to be an automatic then I'd be looking for a 207cc with the 1.6 VTI engine. No timing belt to worry about and none of the problems that the THP engine seems to suffer from.

Thanks, I didn't think there was a 2litre auto! I'll take a look at the 206 vti

207cc vti. There isn't a 206cc vti.
