Roof problem

Post by Cosmo15555 »

My daughter has a problem where when we try to use the roof nothing happens
When the blind in the boot is in place there is no response from roof switch also the roof catches are both released
If the blind is not in place there is a bleeping from under steering wheel when the switch is activated
The car has an airbag fault as the driver seat airbag deployed would this cause the roof not to open
I would be grateful for any advice
Thanks

Hi & welcome.
The airbag will not affect the roof.
Do you get a confirmation chime when you release the roof catches?
Cheers Col.
