Hi I've posted the fault in the right section but wanted to know where I stand with the company I purchased the car from.
Was purchased a couple of weeks ago from a proper car sales place but they wouldn't give me a warranty as they said that i was getting thr car too cheap.
I've already had to purchase a full exhaust and two front tyres as they all would have been MOT failures so illegal to sell me in the first place saying it was fine for the road with tax test etc.
Now with this immobiliser fault thus morning I need to know if I have any rights as I can see this issue costing more money.
The full problem is described http://www.peugeot206cc.co.uk/viewtopic ... 23&t=14297
Any help really appreciated. Thanks.
Julie xx

Re: Fault and where I stand.
See reply in other thread. Tyres and exhaust should have been rectified unless discount was given for you to replace those yourself. Immobiliser should be sorted by them as the car now does not work.
Cheers Col.
