Eco mode Wont stay on?

Every time i leave my car for more than an hour the settings i last used on the climate control changes to AC with no fan or air flow staying on?

This is very annoying as i have to reset it to Eco, fan speed & direction every time i get in the car.

Is there a simple cure for this niggle? Feels like it should have a memory like a radio that just ain't working?
