Great..... fully understand it's a bit chilly tonight!!
However, I maybe a bit slow on this, but my engine bay fusebox has only fuses listed F1 - F18 :(
There isn't a F24 and F27. Could it be a different revision of fusebox?

thanks

OK. Have to go by the fuse pin outs if yours are numbered differently F27 pin g6 / F24 pin E5.
Easiest test is to check for 12V+ @ B4 & G2 of ECU plugs. If you have power there, you don't need to know which fuse is supplying it, or you could pull fuses 1by1 till you loose supply to prove which fuse is the supply.
(Don't forget G2 is ign switched by double multifunction relay)

I'm really busy for the next few days but if you are still getting nowhere, I will check the pin outs on our car and tell you the position of fuses & colour of wire when I get a chance to look.
Cheers Col.

appreciate the response....
I'll check it out tomorrow for +12v at the designated pins.
I'm beginning to wonder if the engine bay fuse box has an issue as I take it the multifunction relay is part of that unit. Am I correct that this engine bay fusebox is not part of the whole ECU / BSI / IGNkey relationship and can be changed out in its own?
thanks

Update....
Fault fixed!! :big-grin:
Traced & tested multiple wires as per a previous posting.
Turned out to be engine bay fuse box: black plug; pin13 gets switched to earth via pin 3F2 of the ECU. This tells the fuel pump etc to fire up. Put a temp wire in to see if it cured the fault and fired up first time!!!
At the very bottom of the wiring loom within its plastic conduit beside the bottom of the air intake, this red/white wire was broken. Reconnected through and all ok!!!
many thanks to all for the assistance.
