My 206cc have given me 18 months of relatively trouble free motoring (apart from new clutch). It is now for sale and an interested party has paid a deposit as it behaved impecably on their test-drive.
However, I drove the car yesterday and on the motorway it ran a bit lumpy then cut-out when I stopped at a roundabout. It restarts no probs and no warning lights stay on.... The fault happened again a few minutes later but then didn't happen again.
Its a well maintained 51plate with 55k miles on the clock.
I don't want to sell it with this issue. Anyone got any suggestions of what it could be?
My BF reckons it sounds like a fuel starvation problem. Is he right? Or maybe new cat required?
Any advice from you guys would be most appreciated.
