ROOF BEEPS BUT DOESNT GO DOWN

Hi,

I have had my peugeot since feb/march last year and all was fine. However, at the beginning of winter it wouldnt go down.
I pull out the shelf in boot, and un catch the roof and press the button but it just beeps I have no problems with my windows it just beeps when I press to put it down.

We have checked the SH fuse, white loop clips in boot and still haven't found a solution.

Does anyone have any ideas or have had this problem themselves??

Hi kirsty23 and welcome to the forum!

Can you just clarify, I have to pull the roof switch up to remove the roof but you say you are pressing the button?

yes I do pull the button up but all i get is the beeps.
