Electric Sunroof 02 model

I have a 02 206 with the Panoramic Sunroof. It has stopped working electrically and now it has a habit of working itself open. Does it have a electrical interlock?, and is there a way of closing these sunroofs manually?. Any help would be great, even my local dealer does not know the answer to this one!!.
