I've noticed that if I'm doing more than about 40, when I brake the car seems to pull to the side and the steering is a bit "odd".
Anyone else? Or is it the ABS or ESP or whatever else they may be on my car !!!????

I've had this happen on braking and taking off. Not sure what it is, and it is a bit scary when the car seems to want to leap into the next lane, but it's happened with other cars I've had too - I figure it's something to do with grip. Uneven roads maybe?
Cheers,
Michael

You may experience torque steer when you accelerate hard which basically feels like the car is pulling over to one side. I don't understand the details but it's something to do with the fact that the drive shafts are different lengths. I feel it even more in my 206 diesel which has about 177lbft torque (as opposed to 142lbft in the CC SE).
However, this is only when you accellerate - I'm pretty sure that you should feel it when you slow down on the brakes.
