Roof Put Up Manually But Cant Seem To Close boot lid

hi all new to this had a 206cc in today put the roof down but wouldnt go back up there was just a constant beep. so we put the roof up manually but the last part when you got to turn the clips from manual position to the auto on the boot lid it still lifts up and not locks into place does anyone know how to lock it in and if by doing it manually should it then work or is that just to get it up then you got to take it somewhere to be looked at cheers

Sorry I don't know the answer to your question. I would need to take it to a main dealer to get it reset.

Try this, set the U clips to normal, and close the boot, (not locked) ignition switch ON and use the roof switch " down "to close the roof. Most likely it will reset, locks the boot, Of course( Ensure the allen key in the hydraulic unit is turned clockwise snug and removed) Robby.
