Has anyone heard of ECU Clinic?

I couriered my ECU to http://www.ecuclinic.com/ for repair last week and Mr. Alan Biggs, the guy in charge, told me it'll take bout 5 days to repair. He informed me he had received by ECU last Friday.

Until today, I've sent 2 emails and 2 phone calls and got no reply whatsoever. Their address is,

Does anyone knows bout this company? Are they real or scam artist? I'm just worried I won't get my ECU back

No experience of them but aren't you rushing them? He did say about 5 days didn't he?
