Check the oil level weekly, it only takes a minute. If you're using the correct fully synthetic then an oil and filter change every 20,000 MILES or 2 years whichever comes sooner is stipulated for the UK. Don't know about Bosnia though. To play safe I'd halve the interval. Check tyre pressures weekly too.
