Today the passenger window stuck whilst it was half way up (or down for any of you pessimists out there).
Anyway the roof was already down, so it would go up until the window was down.
Sorted the window (to a fashion). The wire in the mechanism is knackered so just bodged it for the moment so the window stays properly closed.
I remembered from looking at the manual when we first got the car that we could manually close it.
The first problem was that the cord had broken last year, so after messing about for an hour trying to see what or where the cord was pulling, eventually just took out the bolt that holds the piston in place and that let me move the plastic cover down.
The roof came up ok.
We now have a problem that the roof hinged section of the boot is not fully locked in. Have moved the white clip so that the roof section can't fly up, but it's not properly fixed.
Does anyone know what we need to do to finish it.
Thanks
