Dear All
I am looking to buy a CC, and am seeing a 2001 SE 2.0L tomorrow on a Y plate with 63,000 miles. Is there any particular issue I should be concerned about as I am completely new to CC motoring (though not convertible as I have had an MX5 in the past and I miss the top down experience). What is the handling like and what mileage can I expect on an average tank of juice?
Thank you in advance,
Ottey

Has the cambelt been changed?
Make sure you try it on the road for 10 miles or so. Hopefully try it from engine cold start-up. Check the roof works perfectly. Clutch OK?
Others will comment about your last questions perhaps.

Well, went ahead and bought the car - picking it up next week. Think I got a good deal - everything seemed to work OK - we shall see!! Certainly looking forward to the wind in the hair feeling again.:D
