digi clock frozen since aftermarket headunit

hi all,

ive got an '06 206 and after installing an aftermarket headunit the digital clock (one that displays the time) will read whatever the time is when the engine is started but not budge from that time until the next time the engine is started.

any ideas?

Easy one this.

The Engine management has gotten confused, remove the positive terminal from the battery for 10-15 minutes, then re-attach it, this should solve the clock problem.
