I know there are a lot of complaints about this but this is the first time I have ever had a probelm with my roof. My 206cc is a 01 plate and after being in the garage for a long period of time which resulted in the battery going flat, I haven't been able to get my roof to go down, dont know if this could be related????. I happened to try it the other day when the sun was out only to find that it wasn't working. When the parcel shelf is back the warning sound beeps. When the parcel shelf is extended there is absolutely nothing. the windows dont even go down, although these work fine on their own.
Please could someone offer me advice or tips for trying anything as I have spent a lot of money on this wee car recently and I would like to try everything before I take it to a dealer.

When I took mine to the garage with a roof problem, I also had just installed a new battery I told the guy in the garage cause the battery wasnt fitting quite right he said he was glad that I had told him cause he reckons that when you change a battery you need to reset the roof system with the diagnostic machine, cause the battery change causes faults. Maybe that could be whats wrong with yours. The battery change disrupts the system or something.
