Ok filled up the other day ... water and screenwash....

Not sure if it is coincidence but they are now not working :(

Pulling the lever.... nothing happens - no sound .... but the wipers go .....

Does anybody know which fuse it is - or what it is twinned with - easier to check ;)

otherwise suggestions people.

car is under warranty - but a bit of a hassle to get it there at the moment - need it for work - so want to avoid taking it there until I can rule out something silly.

Thanks in advance.

Year : 2007

Oh and its my GF`s car - And .... how rude of me !

Hi to everybody :)

Hmmm, that's the right place. Year 2007 is a bit young for a build up of the gunge you get when the solution gets old but it may be that.
I have to flush out my washer bottles with a garden hose every 2 or 3 years to get rid of the jelly like substance that builds up and can block the system.
Fuse no. 14 (10 amp) is the front windscreen wash pump fuse I believe.
Make sure you replace the fuse box cover very carefully when you've replaced the fuse. Otherwise when it rains it'll get wet in there and create havoc.

thanks a lot Ron - will check that in the morning - Has already had a faulty window switch replaced.... window would go up and down by itself... then before a 45 mile trip... stayed down...

1 cold girlfriend later.... not happy lol .. ahem ;)

is the fuse matched to anything else or on its own ?

If you check the Owners Handbook (around page 108/109) it tells you fuse 14 is dedicated to the washer pump only.
If your manual isn't handy, look here

Shame about the window switch. Sorted under guarantee I hope?
