Basic kit (Actuators + Harnesses) : Part No. 9652.TZ .
Actuator rods kit : Part No. 9652.WF .
NOTE : the crossed out parts are not used for fitting this kit .

2 - CENTRAL LOCKING FITTING METHOD : 9652.TZ KIT + 9652.WF KIT (5-DOOR)
Disconnect the battery .
2 - 1 - COMPONENTS TO BE REMOVED
-door .
Remove the front and rear door trims .
Remove the sealing sheets from the front and rear doors by cutting the bead of adhesive .
Remove the grommets (A) from the front doors .
Disconnect the speaker harnesses (B) by operating the lock (C) .
Remove the passenger compartment fuse box .
Remove the rear door grommet blanks (D) .
Tailgate .
Remove the left rear quarter panel trim .
Remove the tailgate trim .
Remove the tailgate grommet (E) .
2 - 2 - FITTING THE CENTRAL LOCKING KIT
Secure the central locking module (3) close to the passenger compartment fuse box .
Connect the harness to the module (according to the wiring diagram) .
2 - 3 - POSITIONING THE ACTUATORS
Front doors .
Actuators fitting method : On the front doors :
Secure the 5 wire actuators (1) to the front doors using the screws (16) .
After placing the actuators in the neutral position, secure the rods (26) to the original rods using the rod clamping block (19)-(20) .
Rear doors .
Actuators fitting method : On the rear doors :
Position and secure the 2 wire actuators (2) to the bars (24) using the screws (16) in accordance with the diagram .
Drill the mountings of the bars (24) .
Protect the drilled holes using an anti-corrosion product .
Secure the bar/actuator assemblies using the mountings (17)-(18) .
After placing the actuators in the neutral position, secure the rods (27) to the original rods using the rod clamping blocks (19)-(20) .
Tailgate .
Position and secure the 2 wire actuator (24) on the bar in accordance with the diagrams (Using the screws 16) .
Drill the bar mountings (24) .
Protect the drilled holes using an anti-corrosion product .
Secure the bar/actuator assembly (Using the mountings (17)-(18)) .
Drill the plate (F), operating the tailgate striker to secure the locking rod (28) .
2 - 4 - ROUTING OF HARNESSES
Route the shorter 5 wire harness to the left front door side .
Route the longer 5 wire harness to the right front door side .
Route the 2 wire harnesses, the shorter on the left-hand side, the longer on the right-hand side, for the rear doors .
Fit the rear door grommets : Part No. 9652.WH .
Route the tailgate 2 wire harness (10 m) into the left quarter panel (F) and through the tailgate grommet (E) .
2 - 5 - ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DIAGRAM
Cut the harnesses to the correct length .
Connect the actuators to the harnesses using the pink Raychem sleeves 18.22 (11) .
Refit the various grommets .
Connect the supplies at the rear of the passenger compartment fuse box using the clips 6.3 (29) .
Fit the 15 A fuses .
Connect the earth using the terminal (12) .
Insulate the green/white and pink wires (not used for the function) using the retractable cable cover (31) .
If required :
Refit the passenger compartment fuse box .
Connect the battery .
Carry out the tests (ignition keys in hand) .
If necessary : Replace the sealing sheets :
Refit the various trims .
