REMOVAL - REFITTING ELECTRIC SUN ROOF HEADLINING

1 - REMOVAL

Remove :

• the sun visors
• the sun visor retaining hooks
• the roof console
• partly : the screen pillar trim pads
• the grab handles or blanks
• the seat belt upper mountings
• the central pillar trims
• the roof lamp

Partly release the quarter panel trims, without releasing the seat belt .

Remove : The sun roof frame finishing seal (1) .

Release the headlining from the door seals .

Two people are required to perform the following operation .

Unclip all the pieces of velcro (2) to separate the sun roof frame from the roof .

Allow the headlining to rest on the seats .

Remove the headlining rearwards .

2 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Tightening torque(s) :

• the seat belt attachment : to 3 da.Nm
