REMOVAL - REFITTING FRONT DOOR GLASS

1 - REMOVAL

Open the door .

Lower the glass approximately two thirds of its travel .

Remove :

• the door trim
• the seal

Remove :

• the interior wipe seal (1)

Release the glass (2) from the window winder mechanism by pushing at (A) using a flat screwdriver .

Pull the glass upwards from the outside of the door .

2 - REFITTING

IMPERATIVE : fit new seals, which must be assembled without folds and tears; absolute cleanness of the contact face on the vehicle is necessary; run a wheel over the parts of the flange to be bonded; these recommendations are essential to prevent possible entry of water, dust or noise .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .
