REPLACEMENT REAR WING ASSEMBLY

IMPERATIVE : this vehicle has been designed using the mig brazing process technique ; when the structure is repaired, all the connections concerned must be welded using the same procedure ; any other technique is prohibited .

WARNING : all the scoured areas must be protected by the approved electrolytic re-zincing process .

IMPERATIVE : observe elementary health and safety rules (wearing of filter mask for organic fumes - work in a ventilated area) .

1 - SPECIAL FEATURE

On adjustment of the rear wing assembly, use either the jig tools or mechanical or electronic measuring equipment .

2 - COMPLEMENTARY OPERATION(S)

Removal - refitting :

• REAR BUMPER
• tail lamp
• QUARTER LIGHT - REAR QUARTER PANEL WINDOW MECHANISM
• DOOR STRIKER
• door aperture seal
• TAILGATE APERTURE SEAL
• REAR QUARTER PANEL INTERIOR WEATHERSTRIP SEAL
• REAR QUARTER PANEL EXTERIOR WEATHERSTRIP
• FUEL TANK (right-hand side)
• REAR QUARTER PANEL WEATHERSTRIP END PIECE
• rear mud shield
• wing protector side moulding
• front seat belt inertia reel

Remove-refit trim :

• rear wing inner panel

Detach the electrical harnesses .

Protect :

• the fuel pipes (right side)
• the front carpet and boot carpet
