REMOVAL - REFITTING LOWER BOOT COVER SEAL

1 - REMOVAL

Change the vehicle into the coupé version .

Fold up the tray (luggage cover screen) .

Unclip the pins (1) at both ends .

Unseat the seal (2) .

2 - REFITTING

NOTE : use soapy water to make fitting easier .

Position the moulding (3) on the hook at the end of the panel (4) .

Place the moulding (3) at the stop by pushing at (A) towards the inside of the vehicle (B) .

Clip the pin (1) .

Repeat the operation for the moulding (3) at the other end .

IMPERATIVE : always replace the pins whenever work is carried out .

Fit the seal (2) on the flange starting from the ends and working towards the centre of the seal .

NOTE : ensure that the clamp is at the base of the flange in the grooves (R1) and (R2) .

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .
