REPLACEMENT FRONT BUMPER DEFLECTOR

1 - REMOVAL

Place the vehicle on a lift .

Remove :

• the clips (1)
• the deflector ((2))

Mark the holes to be drilled in line with the diagram 8 mm from the edge of the deflector with a centreline distance of 120 mm .

Drills holes in the deflector to a diameter of 4.2 .

Position the deflector on the bumper and mark the holes on it using a scribe .

Drill holes in the bumper to a diameter of 5 .

Secure the deflector on the bumper using 6973.44 rivets starting at the centreline of the vehicle .

Lower the lift .
