CHECK BRAKE COMPENSATOR INTEGRAL WITH WHEEL CYLINDER

[2] Pressure take-off unions .

2 - SETTING UP THE TOOLS

Selection of pressure adaptor connectors .

	diameter and pitch of the bleed screws
front wheel	M7 x 100
rear wheel	M7 x 100

3 - CONNECTIONS

WARNING : the brake circuit is diagonal .

Connect the pressure take-off unions [2] diagonally in place of the bleed screws .

NOTE : the longest hose must be connected at the rear .

To check the rear RH compensator .

To check the rear LH compensator .

Bleed the equipment (refer to the equipment instructions) .

4 - CHECK

Preliminary operations :

check that there are no hydraulic leaks
check that none of the pipes are kinked

IMPERATIVE : the control pressure must be obtained by gradually increasing the pressure (without ever relaxing the pressure in order to adjust it) .

Read the rear pressures for a front pressure of 50 bars and 100 bars .

Checking tolerance : ± 1 bar(s) .

If the values are not correct :

replace the faulty wheel cylinder
