REMOVAL - REFITTING WISHBONE FLEXIBLE BUSHES

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] Thrust pad (-).0621 N .

[2] fitting drift (-).0621 M .

[3] fitting drift (-).0621 P .

2 - REMOVAL

Extract the front flexible mounting (1) using the tools [1], [2] .

Extract the rear flexible mounting (2) using the tools [1], [2] .

NOTE : the rear flexible mounting (2) has a stop (3) on the lower surface of the wishbone, place this side of the wishbone in contact with the tool [1] .

3 - REFITTING

IMPERATIVE : spray slip compound into the housing before refitting .

Fit the front flexible mounting (1) using the tools [2], [3] .

IMPERATIVE : the collar 3 must be on the lower surface of the wishbone .

Fit the flexible mounting (2) using the tools [2], [3] .

Push in the flexible mounting so that the collar (3) comes into contact with the wishbone .
