REMOVAL - REFITTING EGR VALVE

1 - REMOVAL

Remove the style cover .

Remove the hose (1) .

Disconnect the pipe (2) .

Remove the bolts (3) .

Move aside the clip (4) .

Remove :

• the pipe (5)
• the nuts (6)
• EGR valve (7)

Retrieve the joint .

2 - REFITTING

Always renew :

• the seal
• the collar (3) (specific to Service)

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

Tighten :

• the nuts (5) to 1 da.Nm
• the bolts (2) to 1 da.Nm
