REPLACEMENT CRANKSHAFT LIP SEALS ( FLYWHEEL END)

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] Tool for extracting crankshaft seal MOT.1377 .

[2] Tool for extracting crankshaft seal MOT.1354 .

2 - REMOVAL

Remove :

• the gearbox
• the clutch mechanism
• the flywheel

Screw the body of the tool [1] into the seal using the nut then tighten the bolt to extract the seal .

3 - REFITTING

Refit the new crankshaft seal using the tool [2] .

Fit :

• the flywheel
• the clutch mechanism
• the gearbox
