REMOVAL - REFITTING RADIATOR AND FAN ASSEMBLY MOUNTING

1 - REMOVAL

Remove the fastener (1) for the earth lead .

drain the cooling system .

Remove :

• the radiator grille
• the fasteners (3)
• the coolant hoses
• the cooling radiator (from above)
• the air filter and its connections
• the bolts (4)

Unfasten the grille .

WARNING : do not scratch the paintwork or bend the wing .

AIR CONDITIONING

Remove the bolts (6) (Dehydrator reservoir) .

IMPERATIVE : move aside the condenser and dryer tank assembly without opening the refrigerant circuit .

ALL MODELS

According to specification :

• rotate the union (7) a quarter turn upwards
• remove the hose (7)

Remove :

• the maxi-fuse
• the plate (8)
• the connector (9) (upwards)

Disconnect the connector (10) .

Remove :

• bonnet lock (11)
• the bolts (12)
• radiator and fan assembly mounting (from above)

2 - REFITTING

Proceed in the reverse order to removal .

fill and bleed the cooling system .
