REMOVAL - REFITTING CAMSHAFT SEAL

1 - SPECIAL TOOLS

[1] Camshaft seal extractor (-).1381 .

[2] Tool for positioning the camshaft seal (-).1356 .

2 - REMOVAL

Remove :

• the accessory belts
• the timing belt
• the camshaft gear

Extract the camshaft seal using the tool [1] .

3 - REFITTING

Reposition the new camshaft seal using the tool [2] .

Fit :

• the camshaft gear
• the timing belt
• the accessory belts
