19" wheels ???????
well for starters your need to get the right offset, you will definately loose some turning circle. they may rub on the bottom of your shocks where the spring is seated which to solve will need spacers and depending on how wide your kit is will depend if they will rub or not. You may even need spacers to push the wheels out to match the arches but you will need to get an offset which will alloy them to sit in the arches correctly.
There are plenty of complication depending on what you have done so far i.e what kit, how big are the arches, what suspension set up do you have, what chasis mods have you had done etc etc.
hope this helps in some way
