Passenger side door- leak

Hi all, had my cc for 3 years now once i got the leaks sorted out at the start i have not had any problems.....until now. The passenger side window is not going under the seal, and there is a gap at the top of the window, has anyone had similar probs and if so what is the answer????

Readjustmenting the door might do the trick

Dealer adjust my door and after that no leaks...
