This seems to have sorted it for me. The Pug dealers don't seem to know of this, they've ordered me a new radio...

I participated in the survey about the dealership quality. Admittedly, the guys at city pug are fantastic, and i gave them high marks all 'round, but at the end of the survey, the lady said.."would you like pug head office to contact you directly with any concern?" i said, Hell yeah! so i'll keep you guys posted on what comes of my chat with head office big knobs....
I can hardly wait!
