hi, i just wanted to say that this forum or the way people use it makes it difficult to find meaningfull information. a tread starts well, but after some meaningfull good messages the pointles messages come. And the worst of it,,, we all have to read them... when we pop in looking for new info and we see that there is new messages in an interesting topic, of course we open it and of course we expect it to be at last nearby the topic. some are and some aren't.
and the more people get away from the topic, the more difficult is it to find the usefull infomation that is on the board.
So thats mine opinion .... take it or leave it..

bergen,

as far as the topic that was removed goes, although i hadn't made a lot of posts, i was partly to blame due to the irrelevant ones that i had posted.

in that way, i agree with what you are saying - apart from that a large number of your posts so far have been negative regarding the forum and that isn't fair as this new forum although i had slight doubts to begin with is excellent.

my slight doubts were kept to myself as i know it takes time to get used to anything new.

derek

Hi Derek.
dont know what you mean by a large part of my messages is negative... maybe you should take the time to read my messages. especialy the one i posted in the topic brilliant.
im, as im sure you are, interesting in that the forum will work to the best of us all.
so excuse me for saing what i mean, if thats not alright then i have nothig to do here.

back to the topic:
isnt there anyone other out there that has problem with finding the new post as the folders colour changing dont work?? think the problem is going to bee bigger when its going to be alot more topics.
Besides of that, when you try to follow a topic and take your time to click the new message its a bit irritating to read messages as : how is it going *****? and so one. I dont mean it should bee to stright either, but some order is needed. its going to be a huge database and its importatnt for us and new users that the forum is easy to read.
hope i can say this without beeing stampled as negative. If not.... then im going to bee a reader only.

Bergen, say what you want. other people will. We should all not take offence at other peoples comments.

As for info. I am thinking of getting the useful info from the forum and storing it somewhere for easy access. Perhaps in a database that people can search.

Will have to look into it.
