just got this email from peugeot customer services regarding the fitting of non-standard non-peugeot parts including air filters and quickshift:
Thank you for your e-mail. If you fit a non-Peugeot part to your vehicle, the part and any area
that may be affected by that part will no longer be covered by your warranty. I hope this answers
your query.

You may still be able to get them under the Sale of Goods regulations though. They would have to prove that (for example) an air filter that meets/exceeds the manufacturer's specifications is responsible for your engine blowing up, or for your exhaust manifold cracking etc.
Air filters are easy - just remove them before visiting the dealer. Same with the Quickshift. Induction kits would be harder to revert.
