Essex meet - Itinerary

Can someone draw up an itenery for the meet i.e a list of who is meeting where at what time.

I just think it would be good, it could be printed of and taken by everyone so if anybody is late or gets lost they will know where people are!!

Help from me is at hand if needed!!

ok so far i have this as the list of people coming and next to them is where they will be meetin... if ur name has ??? next to it pls post to indicate where u will be meetin us.....

J23= South mimms services on the M25....meeting there at 12.30pm!!
J28= Holiday inn which is when u come off the M25 J28....2nd exit on the roundabout....200yds down the road on your left.....u cant miss it!!! Be there for 1pm!!!

Erm food wise do you want just a buffet laid on? there is a carvery and can set aside x amount of tables, also do you want a bit of the pub to yourselfs or want to mingle?

My sister's called Louise by the way! I'll be coming down from Cambridgeshire with her so won't be able to meet any convoys (although we'll have one of our own!)

Going back up to Leeds after though so maybe convoy up with Burge?
