I have all the advice regarding cleaning of foot sills and exhausts. What about the metal pedals. Mine are beginning to get a little grubby and i suspect the onset of winter is going to do noting to improve their looks. Would you just stick to soap and water or is there something better that can keep the shine without making them slippery - with all the inherent dangers that would involve.

Just a quick msg about the pedals is if the rubber round grips are warn its possible to make them stick out more like new. remove the pedals and I put some small spacers between the pedals and rubbers and installed the pedals, looks a lot better and more importantly grip a lot better!!!!
