hey can somebody gimme a little help.....

was trying to remove the back seats in preparation for the arrival of the chrome hoops. I undid the two bolts under the seat, but when it came to removing the bottom parts of the seats it seemed very stiff...

i didnt wanna yank them off incase something broke, is there some sorta clip or something? or is it a case of pull hard enuff and they will come off?? :???:

OKay it's been a while since I've done it and the setup's changed since (explain later).

Anyway, yes undo the two 10mm nuts and slip this out of the bolts. It's a little stiff but won't break anything. Now push back and down at the back while lifting the front up and the whole thing will come off. Now undo the two 10mm nuts holding the rear back of the seats and push the whole thing up. Hey presto you're finished.

Now when you're putting it back I didn't bother with the two 10mm nuts for the back and just fit the back and the bench thing together as one (you'll understand when you take it apart) and then put the whole thing back together. Now do up the two nuts at the bottom again and that's you. Now in future if you want to take the whole thing out again it's just a case of two nuts and pushing back and up. Hope this makes sense.

when i fitted my hoops i just moved the seat backs NOT the bench.

just put a hand either side of one of the seat backs and then gentle but firmly pull up it should unhook itself to show the 2 nuts that hold the hoops in place
