Camshaft sensor location help

Hi all. Thanks for letting me join your group
Can anyone help with the whereabouts of the camshaft sensor on my daughters 206?

Sorry, but I don't recognise that as a Peugeot 206cc engine. They all had 4 cylinder engines as far as I know. Looks like a much later 3 cylinder 1.2 Puretech out of a Peugeot 2008. We don't deal with those on this forum. If one of our members happens to know the answer to your question perhaps you'll get a positive response, but I think you'd do better asking elsewhere.

On the few modern engines I've looked at it is usually behind the inlet cam gear ... and under those black plastic covers

Find the timing belt and you find the gears
