hey greg.......about the cable.....it can be removed.....
the new wing mirror comes as a whole piece.....all the plastic from the oustide is part of it so that cable can be removed if u wish

I've only gone and t***ted the offside mirror off reversing into my garage!!! Please can someone tell me how much this is going to cost to replace? Completely unsalvagable....bound to be expensive...
