Reset 'STOP' warning light

Post by rogerowen »

Just had an issue with a failed thermostat and the 'STOP' light on the dashboard started flashing. Car now fitted with new thermostat and all running good - anyone know how I can reset the 'Stop' warning light, which is still flashing. Disconnect battery maybe? Thanks.

When the issue has been fixed the light will go off. Check brake fluid level (and sensor) as well as water

Be aware that there is a critical method of disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. See http://www.peugeot206cc.co.uk/viewtopic ... 23&t=13473.
