If it is turning slowly, and you have replaced the starter, then it is very likely the battery or the earth. If you have a voltmeter, you should measure between the a bare metal part on the car's chassis and the negative battery terminal while the starter is operated. If it reads more than (say) 0.5 V, the earth is suspect.

Also measure the battery volts before the car is running - it should be at least 12.4 V, and after the engine starts 14.3.

Did you replace the starter motor with a brand new one?

Do you have enough coolant? Sounds like engine could
be tight

All coolant levels are fine the car works a treat but when get stuck in traffic heat gauge goes up quite high
Fan does kick in temp goes down I turn it off go inside for few mins turn it on and the heat gauge is back up and that’s when it won’t start and turns over slowly I’ve not had chance to Do earths and battery yet it only started doing this in the hot in the summer that why I changed start Moter and crank
shaft sensor I also hear the temp switch’s can be faulty maybe a coolent change too I’ve only owned car for year serviced it but didn’t change coolent

I think it's the water pump. I would replace it, and consider a new cambelt and tensioner at the same time, just because it's convenient when doing the pump.
