Hi guys
Thinking of replacing the fuel pump with a hi pressure one
Which one do you recommend for a 206cc 1.6L model 2004?
Thanks

Re: Fuel pump on 206cc
Why do you want to do this? What are you trying to achieve?
Stick with the std one. There is no advantage with higher pressure, and several disadvantages. The pressure reg in fuel rail will struggle to cope, and may throw up fault codes.

I want to give it a bit extra more power by combining it with an air pod.
Re: Fuel pump on 206cc
That's not the way to do it. The fuel pump just supplies the fuel rail with petrol under pressure which in turn supplies the injectors. The injectors get their instructions from the ECU which tells them when to open and for how long to provide the desired fuelling.
The fuel rail pressure is maintained by the pressure reg, so would cancel out the higher pressure by bypassing fuel back to the tank.

Re: Fuel pump on 206cc
Air pod? Are you talking about one of those expensive systems? Might get you 1bhp extra but normally just increase intake noise.
