Be interesting to hear from anyone else who has spoke to Peugeot Customer Service direct. I for one can see why they recently were voted one of the worst at after sales customer service. I've had a long history of problems with my 206cc but interestingly, Peugeot customer services today told me they are happy to put in writing that they think there is nothing wrong with my car and if the dealer tries to get a replacement from them they will say no. They did mention if I was not happy with that I could go to court. Great service all round from Peugeot. Still have a problem car, don't have the time or energy left to fight them! Another lost customer though for them and I'm looking forward to the day when Watchdog decide to put 206CC's on, they will be inundated with stories. Sorry to go on !!!

when i was rejecting my CC, my dealer said i was free to fight it out with peugeot if i wanted to but they didn't think i would get anywhere quick.

i did a deal with the dealer instead and they financed the replacement, not daddy monkey.

My experience of Peugeot customer services brings to mind such phrases as 'as much use as a chocolate fireaguard/teapot', or 'as much use as a one legged man at an a**e kicking competition'. 'Customer' and 'service' are alien words to them. (In my opinion of course).

My experience is that you have to pester and pester and pester. Also, I had to play hard and use my job as I work in the media. My problem is being resolved, but not completely to my satisfaction. Still its a start.

Think that's right. Rob's advice at one stage was to go and visit them in Coventry if you want to get any sense out of them, taking a journalist or number of local radio station with you if possible.
