Hi.

After the heavy rain the last couple of days I have noticed 2 small puddles of water at the back of the boot space. They are in the same area on both sides. I cant find a trail of water to see where its coming from and the roof trim above where the water collects is dry. The seals are in good condition so I am at a loss to what it is.

Any help would be apreciated. Many thanks.

Is it easy to fit new seals yourself also ?

Is it getting in through the brake light seal? Or the rear light units?

Ok I'm getting somewhere.

Found that the brake light was leaking so I have bought a new one and sealed it in with silicone sealant.

When testing to see if that had fixed the leak, I found the boot lock is also leaking.

Does anyone know If that part is available on its own (without the lock cylinder) to buy ?.

Glad to hear you've made some progress.
Sorry, but I don't know the answer to your last query. Perhaps you'll need to check with your local Peugeot dealer.
