Wing Mirror's Extortionate Price! Please HELP!!

Hi Guys

I have had my wing mirror ripped off by some random jealous tramp on my 206cc, drivers side. Peugeot have quoted me Â£200 + vat for the part alone!!

I refuse to pay that but can't find any suppliers that can help.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thats ridiculous

I don't know any suppliers of standard parts but eBay is throwing up a few around the 30 pound mark... Much cheaper than Peugeot, but probably replicas.

I dont know any supplier there in UK neither, but I think its an awful lot.

As Dan said I would try ebay.

if you give me last 8 digits of your chassis number i will gladly give you price. see if we can beat Â£200

Thanks I'll see if I can get the chassis number, and post it asap!

I did try ebay but all the mirrors are for 206, when you click on the description is say clearly 'NOT CC or SW'. I guess this is how the dealers make their money!

I need to replace my passenger side mirror, as my cc is 2001 the dealers told me that I would have to by a connector bit as the new mirror housing will not connect to my car. I was quoted Â£250.
