Does it fail on all accounts?
There are some known issues with it only working for the user who originally installed it.

In Internet Explorer go to Tools, Internet Options, Settings button then View Objects. You should see something like cre8tiv 3Di control or Apso 3Di control. Just remove it and it'll reinstall when you go back to the site.

does it ask to you to download a small file,if so click yes, wait for it to install then you should see a CC picture, then just drag colours/texture on the body panels.

the 3 pic of a 206 cc come up but when i drag the colours nothing happens??
