I've seen 560N mentioned BUt the last set I got from ebay were massively weak and now I need to replace them with ones that are stronger and don't turn my mother into an eastern european shot putter
any idea if I can buy good quality ones with maybe more power

Get them from an autofactors. Ask for the ones for your car and they will be correct

It's 590N - got a magnetti OEM part... fits perfectly... I changed these before using some cheaper options and don't want to re visit this again... got a set of MAGNETI MARELLI GS0339
