Cooling Fan Problem

Hi everyone,

My 2002 206cc 2.0 MT cooling Fan having some problem.

It looks work, my coolant temp never ran over 90.

But it never kick in when the AC switch on.(the blower inside car is blowing hot wind ever i switch on AC)

I replaced a New Fan today and it still do not kick in ....


I test the plug :

If the Fan was Pluged, It shows 0 Volt...

If the Fan was unplug, it shows 13.8V...


Green relay was checked,work good.


Any idea?

PS: AC PUMP, Cooling Fan had replace(A/C worked before,not so sure is the fan working good at that moment)

get ac regassed, could be low on gas.

it turn out need a new ac pump.
