My exhaust is split (what a surprise, I see pretty much everyone has been there). I'm hoping my garage will do the Timax version, cut it off just past the cat and then replace with Timax parts.

Who else has done this and have you had any problems long term. A friend of mine did something similar with her Pug and it's caused her nothing but grief, it's been back severl times but they haven't been ab;e to fix it and now she's having to have the expensive pug parts she was trying to avoid.

Thanks

Get the exhaust section yourself from http://www.buypartsby.co.uk/exhausts_make.php and get a proper garage to cut it to length and you'll be fine.
