Have taken my car back for the 2nd time  now to have my seals replaced the monkeys have now got mastic and oil finger prints over the inside of my new 53 cc   they have said that they will clean the inside of the car but i am still awaiting a call back for a date to take it in.
Do they not take any care in what they are doing with other peoples cars?
As any one else had the some kind of problems with pug dealers when it comes to looking after their cars?

Yeah. Same thing. I had the roof seals replaced and had grubby fingerprints all over the visors and the roof under the visors. Spoke to the service manager directly who was all apologetic and promised to get it sorted when the car went back in for the manifold replacement.

And they did clean it up :D

Same happened to me at first service. Fingerprints were all over the engine cover  I had to clean it again...
Why don't they use cottongloves, when they work with cc's ;)

think yourselves lucky...., when my CC went in for roof seals they ripped the drivers seat (Replaced reluctantly) and when it went backed to Peugeot Tech centre in Coventry they scratched the front bumper whilst loading, which had to be resprayed !

I have also had the grease monkeys fingerprints... and now avoid going to the dealers whenever possible as the car is OK and they just seem to make it worse !!

They decided to be nice ad give it a full valet last time, but let the YTS monkey do it with boot polish or some other rubbish, and it was terrible, had to get it proffessionally cleaned and gave them the bill !!
